Position Vacant NSW Sales/ BDM Facilities Mgmt. & Security Services (AUBURN / NSW - OFFICE) This employer is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join the client's team, specializing in Security Guarding & Facilities Management Services throughout Australia, however, this role is based out of their Auburn - NSW office . The ideal candidate who will have previous experience in business development with either Security Guarding Service Contracts or Facilities Management Contracts Or both! will be given the opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Client Engagement: Manage your existing industry contacts, Develop and maintain new and existing relationships with prospective clients to understand their security & facilities management needs. Sales Strategy: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence. Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the security & facilities management sector. Proposal Development: With the excellent support of your management team, prepare and present tailored proposals that demonstrate the value of the security or facilities management services (or both) offered by you in your proposals, including Building Security: Implement and manage comprehensive security measures to protect client assets and personnel. Maintenance Services: Oversee routine and emergency maintenance of facilities to ensure optimal operation. Cleaning Services: Provide comprehensive cleaning solutions to maintain hygiene and aesthetics in various facilities. Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure facilities meet regulatory standards and implement health and safety programs. Space Management: Assist clients in optimizing space utilization and managing office layouts efficiently. Networking: Attend industry events and trade shows to build a network and promote the company's services. Reporting: Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management. Qualifications & Experience Experience in the Facilities Management space and/ or the Corporate Security Industry (Guarding & Patrols) Business Administration Experience & Lead Generation, New Business Identification. Strong and proven communication and negotiation skills with experience in the Australian markets. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
