You’ll lead engineering and asset management across a leading manufacturing site in South Brisbane. You will report into the General Manager and also be part of the leadership team that drives the vision of ongoing growth and portfolio diversification: Manage maintenance and capital project budgets Boost equipment reliability with proactive maintenance programs Ensure compliance with food safety standards (GMP, HACCP, BRC) Champion safety and regulatory standards across sites About You You are a motivated leader with a strong reputation for inspiring your team. You excel at communication and have a proven track record of guiding teams through growth and change. With a solid operational background, ideally in manufacturing or FMCG, you’ve successfully improved systems, boosted profitability, and enhanced supply chain efficiency. You’re skilled in planning, negotiation, influencing, and innovation. Other key strengths include: Proven experience in maintenance or manufacturing Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, or Process) Technical skills in plant design, commissioning, and safety Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities Safety-first mindset with experience in PTW, LOTO, induction systems Why Apply?
