This role requires someone who can work autonomously on a project with a supervisor or collaborate with a team of supporting engineers, depending on the project's size and scope. In this role, you will be responsible for: Leading and managing the entire project lifecycle for subdivision developments. Working on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional time management and discipline with deliverables. Mentoring and developing junior engineers, developing their talent and growth. Overseeing all project administration, including preparing safety documentation, procurement, invoice processing, reporting, and programming. Maintaining project schedules, identifying the critical path, and ensuring deadlines are met. Tracking daily costs, reviewing costs to completion, and preparing financial projections. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in subdivision delivery and a strong understanding that the role extends beyond technical expertise to include administrative and people management.
