What you'll be doing As our Partner Success Specialist, you'll be the driving force behind our accounting partners' long-term success. You'll craft tailored success plans, build meaningful relationships, and help partners unlock the full potential of Figured's platform. Your day-to-day will include: Creating and executing strategic partner success plans that drive growth and adoption Building strong relationships with practice managers and key stakeholders Leading onboarding and training programs to maximize partner competency Monitoring partner health and identifying opportunities for expansion Collaborating with our marketing, customer success, and product teams Turning successful pilot programs into powerful advocacy stories What we're looking for Essential requirements: Relevant Bachelor's degree; Accounting, Agri-business or Agri-science At least 2 years of experience in agri-business or agri-finance Hands-on experience in the agricultural sector Experience with SaaS/cloud software, particularly supporting agri-finances Strong problem-solving skills and a self-starting attitude Proven track record in client relationship management You'll thrive in this role if you: Have a genuine passion for agriculture and understand the unique challenges farmers face Love building relationships and helping businesses grow Are comfortable with technology and can see the potential of digital solutions Have natural commercial acumen and can think strategically about partnership growth What's in it for you?
