We are currently recruiting for a Commercial & Logistics Advisor position to be based in our Perth office. This is a temporary contract position. The purpose of the position is to provide Administration support to manage commercial and contractual aspects of the WEJV. Key Areas of Responsibility The Woodside EDL Joint Venture ( WEJV ) was established in 2019 to deliver clean, reliable and affordable LNG to remote communities and mining operations in Western Australia. The WEJV is operated by EDL and offers customers delivered LNG, gas facility storage and vaporisation as well as gas-fired and renewable hybrid generation. Key areas of responsibility: Ensuring the successful and timely delivery of Operator obligations under the WEJV. Primary point of contact for WEJV customers and suppliers, specifically to: Coordinate the customer ordering and scheduling process in line with contract; and Review daily, weekly and monthly logistics schedules. Collaborate with key operational and procurement team members to facilitate the: Assistance in monthly invoices and verification. Preparation and distribution of daily and monthly WEJV reports; and Organisation and facilitation of WEJV management committee meetings. Reconciliation of supplier invoices and assist in payment approvals. Raising Purchase Orders in Oracle. Assist in the management of WEJV logistics contracts. Assist in the management of WEJV regulatory and licence compliance. Work proactively with EDL’s: Operations Team to ensure successful delivery against WEJV customer requirements; and Supporting and complying with EDL and WEJV policies and procedures as advised and documented in the Company’s employment policies as amended from time to time, and as directed by Managers/Supervisors. Qualifications & Experience Relevant qualifications in either a business or technical discipline with a strongly developed commercial and contracts experience gained through relevant exposure to the energy sector. A depth of experience in the following areas is essential: Managing supplier contracts and commercial relationships; The logistics sector, preferably managing transportation contracts; Joint venture management and administration; Contract administration and management. Relationship management skills; and Demonstrated experience with the Microsoft suite of packages.
