Job Expectations We have an exciting opportunity at nbn for a Senior Digital Producer . A bit about your role As the Senior Digital Producer, you will be responsible for creating, managing and optimising content across nbn’s owned digital platforms. You will play a key role in ensuring our digital presence is responsive to customer needs and aligned with business outcomes, delivering high-quality content that supports awareness, engagement and adoption of nbn’s priority products. In this role, you will lead the delivery of content across nbn’s digital portals, collaborating with cross-functional teams across marketing and the wider organisation to gather insights and deliver timely, effective solutions. You will ensure all digital solutions align with broader marketing programs, brand guidelines and strategic KPIs, while maintaining best practice and regulatory standards. Your ability to monitor engagement metrics and user behaviour will help inform data-driven decisions and continuous improvement across UX, UI and content. A bit about you The successful candidate will bring extensive experience in communications, marketing, digital production or customer experience, with a strong ability to translate complex business requirements into compelling digital experiences. You are confident managing content projects end to end, stakeholder expectations at all levels of the business and bring a collaborative mindset to every project. You are highly skilled in website content management systems such as Adobe Experience Manager or Sitecore, with a working knowledge of HTML, SEO, UX and graphic design. . Your experience with analytics tools like GA4 or Adobe Omniture, and your interest in emerging technologies such as generative AI and marketing automation, will be key to your success.
