As Digital Specialist, you’ll drive RMHC’s digital strategy, ensuring the brand shows up consistently and meaningfully across all channels. You’ll work closely with the RMHC Australia team, RMHC Chapters across Australia, and Akcelo’s creative experts to deliver impactful campaigns and keep digital platforms fresh, engaging, and optimised. Key responsibilities: Digital Strategy & Implementation : Develop and execute a social and digital strategy that aligns with RMHC’s values and objectives. Content & Campaigns : Plan and oversee engaging content and campaigns across web, email, and social media. Analytics & Optimisation : Use data and SEO insights to track performance, report monthly, and continually improve outcomes. Website & SEO Management : Keep the RMHC Australia website current, manage Google Business Profiles, and protect the brand’s online reputation. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement – Work with Chapters, cross-functional teams, and external agencies to ensure a unified digital presence. About you You’re creative, curious, and collaborative, with a strong digital marketing background and a passion for making a difference. 5 years’ experience in digital marketing, social media, or communications (not-for-profit experience a bonus). Strong written communication and copywriting skills with sharp attention to detail. Confident with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp/EDMs, SEO tools, and CMS platforms (WordPress or similar). Organised and adaptable, able to juggle multiple priorities. Comfortable managing agency partners and guiding stakeholders. Willingness to work outside regular hours for key events and social media.
