Description Are you ready to lead transformation and drive operational excellence? We’re looking for a strategic and experienced Senior Business Process Analyst to take ownership of enterprise-wide process initiatives that deliver measurable impact. This role offers the opportunity to lead from the front—designing, optimising, and governing processes that unlock productivity, reduce costs, and enable long-term value creation. Your Role This is a dynamic position with end-to-end responsibility for business process improvement. You’ll collaborate across departments, engage stakeholders at all levels, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Your leadership will be instrumental in building internal capability, implementing governance frameworks, and evolving our process architecture. Key Responsibilities Analyse and document current and future-state processes using BPMN 2.0 and BizzDesign. Lead process discovery workshops and stakeholder engagements. Identify opportunities for automation, optimisation, and innovation. Develop and implement enterprise-wide process governance frameworks. Manage a centralised process repository aligned with strategic goals. Contribute to the organisation’s process architecture and transparency. Champion BPM disciplines and standardised approaches. Mentor process analysts and governance specialists. Develop training materials, SOPs, and documentation. Chair a Process Governance Council to drive alignment. Advise senior leadership on process risks and performance. Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure fit-for-purpose solutions. About You: Extensive experience in business process analysis, governance, and architecture. Proven success in leading enterprise-wide transformation programs. Expertise in BPMN 2.0, BizzDesign, SAP Signavio, SQL, and Apromore. Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities. Certifications in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred), BPM (CBPP, ABPMP), or TOGAF.
