Duties and responsibilities: Achieve and exceed sales targets by securing new business for TradeBridge. Develop and maintain a qualified pipeline of sales opportunities from various sources, including financial intermediaries and self-generated prospects. Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives and Marketing Qualified Leads to convert leads into successful sales. Cultivate expertise and establish a presence in specific target industry sectors. Clearly articulate TradeBridge's value proposition and employ a consultative approach when engaging with potential clients. Attend relevant trade shows, networking events, and online platforms to expand professional networks and identify prospective customers. Collaborate on marketing strategies and campaigns to enhance brand awareness and generate Marketing Qualified Leads. Actively participate in team meetings to share insights and best practices. Prepare high-quality business documentation, including proposals and business cases. Maintain accurate prospect and customer database and manage individual pipeline using CRM tools. Provide regular management reports, such as forecasts, pipeline updates, account plans, and activity reports. Qualifications and Requirements: A degree is preferred. A minimum of one years' experience in a similar role. Self-motivated with a strong drive for achieving targets. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Capable of working independently with minimal supervision while still contributing to the overall success of the organization as a team player. Reliable, conscientious, and efficient in administrative tasks. Strong organizational skills. Salary: The role offers a remuneration package ranging from $90,000 - $105,000 p.a. plus superannuation, plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
