The Opportunity Reporting directly into the leadership team, the Programmatic Lead will: Lead programmatic delivery and optimisation across DV360, ensuring campaigns perform at the highest standard. Advise on supply-side strategy — SSP selection, PMP structuring, and inventory/yield optimisation. Translate technical programmatic detail into clear, commercial recommendations that influence senior decision-makers. Manage and mentor a trading team, ensuring alignment to consulting standards and building depth in capability. Navigate the agency and publisher landscape with confidence — advising and partnering in ways that add value beyond execution. Champion a culture of mandatory continuous improvement — driving innovation, refining processes, and contributing to new consulting products that keep the practice ahead of market. You’re motivated by innovation and want to shape how programmatic consulting evolves. About You 9 years’ experience in programmatic, with proven capability across DV360 and SSPs. Experience managing PMP deals, inventory, and yield optimisation. Strong commercial acumen and confidence in strategic conversations with senior stakeholders. Leadership or mentoring experience in a trading/programmatic team. Adaptable, innovative, and comfortable working in an independent, non-corporate environment.
