About the role As an Insights Lead , you will drive delivery of reporting, analytics and commercial outcomes across Design & Construct. As a senior member of the team, you will assist with managing a pipeline of work and providing delivery support where needed. You will work closely with a small team of analysts and broad portfolio of stakeholders. Your responsibilities include Uplift and drive execution of data, reporting and analytics roadmap Establish and administrate governance practices across data, reporting and analytics Ensure alignment of day to day delivery against strategic priorities, key being data enablement and commercial outcomes Support junior team members across domains of stakeholder management, problem-solving, data analysis and story-telling About You Here’s how you’ll bring this role to life: Experience working in large and complex environments managing expectations with a diverse range of challenging stakeholders spread across a wide geography Excellent attention to detail and strong execution discipline, enabling incremental delivery of a large pipeline of highly varied work Demonstrated use of structured problem-solving and communication techniques in delivering transformation/change initiatives Experience developing compelling and effective metrics and targets in Power BI/Tableau/Qlik/equivalent Experience extracting, transforming and analysing data from a wide range of data sources using query languages e.g. SQL/Python to produce a compelling and actionable recommendation Experience establishing governance processes and artefacts over data/reporting assets Construction of large and complex models delivering commercial and/or forecasting outcomes Not mandatory but highly regarded skills/experience: Domain/product knowledge across InfraCo and specifically D&C products Vendor/partner management Workforce/demand planning IDH/IDEAL/PACA/NFP/NIARC applications AI/ML techniques and implementation Low/no-code Data Wrangling tools e.g. KNIME Microsoft Power suite People leadership/coaching Commerce/Finance or STEM qualifications We’re not just filling a role—we’re scouting for exceptional talent who can elevate our team and drive impact from day one.
