The Role We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master t o work closely with cross-functional teams within the Student 360 program (S360) and stakeholders to drive and facilitate Agile practices, ensuring the teams understand and adhere to Agile and Scrum principles and practices to deliver high-value student facing solutions efficiently and effectively. The Scrum Master role within S360 will work closely with Program/Project Managers, Product Owners, stakeholders, and team members, engaging in daily interactions to maintain a clear vision , ensure transparency, and foster a high-performing, collaborative environment focused on innovation and user outcomes. The Scrum Master will also coach program/project teams, proactively identify and remove obstacles, help the teams to optimise their workflow, and drive collaboration and continuous improvement . Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Scrum Master in an IT or software development environment. Experience working within a complex, enterprise environment and across multiple projects within a program of work. Demonstrated experience and knowledge of Scrum and Agile frameworks including ceremonies, roles, and artefacts of Scrum. Extensive experience with Jira for tracking sprints, backlogs, and team velocity. The ability to prepare and present actionable reports to support transparency and data-driven decision-making within the Agile environment. Expertise in guiding discussions, resolving conflicts, and fostering collaboration within cross-functional teams. Experience in coaching teams and stakeholders in Agile best practices and driving a culture of continuous improvement. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills (written and verbal) with demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with team members and internal/external stakeholders. Excellent problem-solving skills, high attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure. Highly organised with strong planning and multi-tasking skills to manage competing demands. Ability to present to a wide range of audiences. Previous experience delivering a CRM platform implementation, specifically Salesforce is Highly Desirable .
