Your next career opportunity As an Executive Assistant you'll provide crucial support to senior leaders, including the Head of School for Electrical, Mechanical & Infrastructure Engineering and the Head of Infrastructure. You'll manage complex schedules, coordinate communications, and handle confidential matters with discretion. Coordinate Administrative Tasks: Manage financial reconciliations, update databases, and support committees, demonstrating attention to detail and organisational skills. Support Office Operations: Undertake projects, Maintain filing systems, manage records, and contribute to team-based tasks, showing flexibility and initiative in a fast-paced environment. You may also: Have previous experience as an Executive Assistant to a senior executive. Possess excellent time management and organisational skills.
