Position Overview Join the exciting journey of our brand new, purpose built Tallawong service, catering for 78 children across three beautiful learning rooms. As the Educational Leader, you will lead and guide our educators in delivering exceptional programs that ignite curiosity, creativity, and a love of learning. This is your opportunity to shape a new service from the ground up driving high quality educational practice, embedding inspiring programs, and fostering a collaborative culture where both children and educators thrive. Responsibilities Lead the development, planning, and delivery of engaging and holistic learning programs. Mentor, coach, and support educators to achieve excellence in early childhood practice. Work closely with the Centre Director to uphold compliance and quality standards. Drive continuous improvement through reflective practice and innovation. Champion the health, safety, and wellbeing of children in a nurturing and inclusive environment. Build strong partnerships with families and the community to support every child’s development.
