You will work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care for residents in aged care and patients in health facilities, making a meaningful difference in the lives of the elderly and ensuring they receive compassionate and effective support. Your Role Provide person-centred care that promotes dignity, independence, and wellbeing Assist with personal care - showering, dressing, grooming Support mobility, daily activities, and meal preparation Document care provided and report any changes in condition Essential Requirements National Police Check and WWVP Employer Registration Certificate III in Individual Support (or similar relevant qualification) 6-12 months' experience in a care setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills A genuine passion for improving the lives of others Desirable Current First Aid and CPR Certificate Medication administration competency Driver's licence Why Join Us?
