About the role : Due to continued growth, they are currently seeking a Project Manager to work within the commercial and healthcare sectors. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in delivering mechanical projects up to $10 million. Key Responsibilities Implement and deliver projects on time, in budget and in scope Responsible for monitoring project budget Manage the relationship between the business and all external contractors engaged to conduct services Work closely with Project Team, on project progression and variations Identify risk within the project and communicate to appropriate parties Maintain and develop a healthy culture of learning and improvement amongst project teams About You A Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a relevant field is essential. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a project management role. Proven aptitude for multitasking and managing several projects simultaneously, while ensuring attention to detail.
