They offer their customers a wide range of experiences including extensive dining options, multiple events spaces and bars, and a myriad of entertainment options. They are renowned for their quality produce, superb entertainment and for being the ‘go to’ place to have a great time in a vibrant atmosphere. The business is in a strong financial position, generating $30 million in annual revenue across two sites, and advanced plans are in place for exciting venue refurbishment and expansion. The Opportunity Due to an internal promotion, the opportunity now exists for an experience Venue Operations Manager to join the leadership team. This newly created position plays a key role in overseeing the Club’s core operational departments, including food and beverage, gaming, and functions. Reporting directly to the General Manager and Assistant General Manager, the role provides day-to-day leadership to department heads, supports strategic goals, and ensures the smooth and profitable running of all guest-facing operations. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor departmental managers and teams across food, beverage, gaming, and events Oversee operational performance, budgeting, rostering, and labour management Drive a strong team culture focused on service excellence, efficiency and accountability Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance development Ensure compliance with relevant legislation including licensing, gaming, AML/CTF and WHS Assist with the delivery of strategic initiatives and continuous improvement Champion a high standard of member and guest service across all operational areas Drive staff engagement through coaching, team meetings, recognition and development initiatives About You Proven experience in a Senior Operations or Venue Leadership role Strong people leadership capabilities with a hands-on, team-focused approach Sound understanding of club or hospitality operations, ideally in a high-volume venue Experience managing budgets, rosters, and cost controls effectively In-depth knowledge of gaming operations and compliance frameworks Tech savvy and adept at rolling out new systems and procedures On Offer Salary of $120,000 - $130,000 plus superannuation, commensurate with and yet negotiable subject to experience Collaborative and professional leadership environment A high-impact role in an award-winning and community-focused Venue Possible relocation allowance Contact Daniel Jensen 0401 238 901 daniel@voyagerrecruitment.com.au
