About the Role: As a Management Couple, you will be responsible for overseeing the full operation of the motel, including: Front office and guest services Housekeeping supervision Revenue management and reservations Maintenance and property upkeep Supplier and contractor coordination Basic accounting and reporting This is a live-in role, with comfortable accommodation provided on site.
