The Role We are currently recruiting to a Physiotherapist (Grade 2 or Senior Grade 3) position with a private hospital in South-East Melbourne. This role offers either a 12-month fixed-term maternity leave contract or a 2–4 month locum, leading a dedicated outpatient team with a focus on MSK or neuro rehabilitation. Key Responsibilities Oversee and mentor a team of 5 physiotherapists plus EPs. Manage and deliver high-quality outpatient rehab programs. Contribute to service development and uphold best-practice clinical standards. Support and guide junior clinicians in a collaborative team setting.
