They support individuals with neurological and musculoskeletal conditions through EMG-driven devices that assist with posture, balance, and movement. About the Role: We are currently seeking a dynamic Team Lead Physiotherapist to take on a specialised neurological therapy role within our client's growing rehabilitation centre in Melbourne. In this role, you will lead a skilled physiotherapy team in delivering innovative neurorehabilitation that combines EMG-driven exoskeletal therapy with conventional approaches. You'll coordinate clinical operations, mentor staff, and drive performance targets aligned with strategic goals. Your responsibilities include scheduling, client intake, overseeing student welfare, and liaising with senior leadership to enhance processes and outcomes. You'll contribute to research initiatives, cultivate a collaborative clinic culture, and support clients across a spectrum of neurological conditions, helping transform small milestones into meaningful progress. This is a full-time position, however part-time will also be considered.
