About the role: This traineeship offers a unique opportunity to develop practical skills and gain hands on experience in: Deliver exceptional client service through face-to-face, phone, and written communication while managing appointments and patient records. Handle reception and administration tasks including appointment scheduling, diary management, payments, and processing Medicare/private health claims. Support clinical staff by managing patient correspondence, referrals, and follow-ups to ensure smooth clinic operations. Contribute to clinic success through referrer engagement, relationship-building with community partners, and assisting with general clinic and equipment maintenance Work between two clinic locations in Lewisham and Ultimo! What we're looking for - Skills & Experience Strong customer service background with confidence in face-to-face interactions and building positive relationships. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage warmly and professionally. Highly organised, able to manage appointments, priorities tasks, and complete admin efficiently. Comfortable using Google Suite (Docs, Drive, Gmail) and quick to pick up new systems. A proactive team player with a welcoming attitude who takes initiative to support smooth clinic operations.
