Established in 2013 and based in Sydney, Australia, White Fox has quickly become the go-to online fashion destination and is continuing to take over wardrobes everywhere We’re looking for a Creative Lead who lives and breathes fashion and content creation, and knows how to turn a product launch into a viral social moment. You’ll own the creative direction of shoots, campaigns, and launches - keeping everything on-brand, fresh, and trend-driven. From directing campaigns and managing product launches to capturing feed-worthy content, you’ll lead the creative process end-to-end. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the end-to-end creative process for product shoots, campaigns, and launches, from concept to execution, ensuring deadlines are met in a fast-paced environment Provide creative and art direction across imagery, graphics, and campaign visuals, ensuring consistent alignment with brand identity Bring bold, trend-driven concepts to life and develop innovative, creative ideas for product launches, tiered campaigns, brand projects and promotions Balance creative vision with commercial objectives, making data-driven decisions on what visuals will perform and resonate best Direct and shoot campaigns in Australia and overseas, ensuring top-quality execution and brand consistency Capture feed-worthy content using iPhone and digi-cam - with a sharp eye for detail and aesthetics that feel real, current and scroll-stopping Collaborate with the wider creative, marketing, and product teams to project-manage launches and campaigns Stay ahead of social trends, pop culture, and industry movements to keep the brand at the forefront of new and fresh creative ideas Approve final imagery, creative concepts, and campaign assets to maintain brand standard and quality Provide strong styling direction to elevate product presentation and customer appeal Push boundaries, think big, and set the tone for where White Fox is heading creatively Requirements Proven experience in creative direction, content creation and art direction (preferably within the fashion industry) A portfolio that demonstrates styling skills, strong visual aesthetics, and innovative campaign ideas Hands-on experience with shoots, styling, and content creation (local international) A strong eye for iPhone and digi-cam photography- able to create imagery that feels organic, authentic, and social-first Deep knowledge of social-first creative - what works, what doesn’t, and what’s next Exceptional leadership and project management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally Passionate about fashion, storytelling, pushing creative boundaries and creating moments that go viral The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment where no two days look the same Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (in particular Photoshop Lightroom) and editing apps/ tools Strong creative copywriting skills with an awareness of trending social language Benefits Onsite gym weekly Pilates Generous monthly clothing allowance ongoing discounts Fun events throughout the year
