What You’ll Do Create social-first content: Concept, shoot, edit, and publish original short-form video and photo content (mainly for TikTok and Instagram) on a weekly basis. Design & visual storytelling: Use tools like Canva or Figma to design assets that support content across social, email, and other organic channels. Stay on top of the trends: Both on social but also across the design and fashion landscape, actively adapting formats, sounds, and storytelling styles that align with our brand and audience. Write engaging copy: Craft compelling captions, headlines, and social copy that add personality and clarity to our posts. Maintain brand voice: Ensure everything you publish feels aligned with Fabra’s tone, aesthetic, and values. Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with our design teams and founders to ensure content connects with our product. Experiment & learn: Think strategically by asking, “what’s the why behind this post?”, testing what works, analysing performance, and evolving your creative approach based on insights. Bonus Points You’ve worked with or managed creators, ambassadors, or brand collaborators. You’ve written for email, newsletters, or blog-style articles before. You are just as comfortable in front of the camera as you are behind it. You know how to organise content pipelines, manage creative calendars, and keep things moving. You’re comfortable shooting with DSLR or other cameras beyond your phone. You’re inspired by the social strategies behind SSENSE, Duolingo, CashApp, 1Granary. What’s in It for You? Who We’re Looking For Fabra is looking for a design-obsessed, early-career Content Creator to help us build a distinct, thoughtful social presence across platforms like TikTok and Instagram, as well as within design-forward communities. You're driven by creativity and craft, with an eye for content that not only looks great but actually serves and speaks to our audience of designers, brand founders, and creators. You understand what makes content engaging - from a great hook to a smart visual - but you also know when to break from the algorithm and do things our way. You can shoot compelling video with just an iPhone, and can design scroll-stopping assets in Canva or Figma. You love experimenting, storytelling, and making content that’s both fun and strategically aligned with Fabra’s brand identity and content pillars. You’ll report to Fabra’s Head of Marketing, who’ll mentor you on broader growth strategies along with how your content drives business impact, but we’re looking for someone who can bring their own ideas to the table and run with them. We expect this to be a contract role (3-4 days), but we are open to exploring a full time position for the right candidate.
