About the Role: The Food and Beverage Operations Manager will oversee all dining and function operations at a stunning North QLD Resort. You will be responsible for leading, training, mentoring, and developing your team while ensuring the delivery of exceptional service in a high-end environment. This role covers daily operations of both restaurant and event spaces, including rostering, stock control, ordering, and liaising with suppliers and stakeholders.
