About The Role: We are seeking a strong leader to deliver exceptional dining experiences at a beautiful North QLD Resort. This kitchen offers unique, modern, creative menus and displays seasonal produce. Your responsibilities will include commanding the staff on shift, leading from the front, mentoring, training and assisting with menu development, Flavor creation, Management of stock and ordering responsibilities and food preparation and presentation.
