Lead a mining team to manage a licence transition program to facilitate the transfer of deemed mining licences granted under the former Mining Management Act 2001 (MMA) into the Environment Protection Act 2019 (EP Act) environmental mining licensing scheme, to deliver risk-based, contemporary regulation of the mining industry, ensuring alignment with the EP Act, agency strategic objectives and Northern Territory Government policy frameworks. This position may be available in Darwin or Alice Springs subject to negotiation with the successful applicant.
