To oversee summary prosecutions conducted in the Local Court and Youth Justice Court in the Northern Territoryâs northern region, to supervise, manage, and provide support to summary prosecutors and other professional staff, and to develop relationships, procedures and systems with internal and external stakeholders to improve the efficiency and efficacy of summary prosecutions.
