Our client, experts in the permanent modular building industry, are currently looking for ticketed & experienced labourers to assist in the manufacture of prefabricated houses / buildings. Specialising in the residential market, our client will be responsible for constructing multiple buildings simultaneously in their factory located in Melbourne's South Eastern suburbs. This role will require you to work for a leading modular builder, in a factory-based environment in various roles including forklift operation, unloading containers, manual handling & assisting in the manufacture of prefabricated buildings for residential use across Australia. You'll be part of a reliable team helping to deliver a high-quality product in a clean and well-organised facility. This is a long-term opportunity with consistent hours and potential overtime available down the track. THE ROLE: Ticketed & experienced labourers required for manufacture of prefabricated buildings/houses Forklift Operation, unloading containers Manual handling Hours: Monday to Friday (7am to 3.30pm) Factory environment, based in Dandenong South THE CANDIDATE: To be successful for this role, you MUST have the following: White Card Forklift Licence Working at Heights ticket Current Driver's Licence & reliable transport Previous on-site or factory experience Full PPE Experience in modular/prefabricated, residential or light commercial construction preferred Able to use hand & power tools Be physically fit & capable of performing the required tasks Reliable & punctual with good attention to detail Providing assistance with other related tasks, as needed Strong work ethic & ability to work in a team Excellent communication skills CASUAL work but could become ongoing.
