Your new role allows for autonomy with set hours, overtime occurring at the start of the day rather than end of day, good team culture, and full training supplied. Your New Role Based in Dandenong South, your key duties will see you operating as a service technician working on a broad array of forklifts and packaging equipment. Commencing work at 6am or 7am (as per your preference), you will be given specific training by seasoned trainers in the service technician space. There will need to be a level of flexibility across start times based on client requirements when working on the packaging equipment (as the line shuts down). Your day to day duties will see you diagnosing and troubleshooting forklift and packaging equipment, being customer facing, able to work onsite or in the workshop as needed, and seeking a role which allows for longevity. What You Need to Succeed Proven experience working as a forklift technician; Ability to produce well documented diagnostics and overall reporting; Certificate in engineering or relevant technical studies; Intermediate hydraulic and pneumatic experience; Locality to Dandenong South, ability to work autonomously, and seeking a long term stable role; and Flexibility to commence work earlier as needed (for example 3am or 4am).
