Your role, your impact Partner with families to deliver practical, meaningful supports tailored to each child’s needs. Use assessments, observations, and child development knowledge to guide families and educators. Coach caregivers to build confidence in everyday routines. Help families navigate NDIS processes and strengthen children’s inclusion in their communities. We’re particularly keen to hear from candidates who have worked in specialist early childhood settings or SSP (Schools for Specific Purposes), and who demonstrate a sound understanding of developmental milestones in early childhood.
