In a DSP role at CPA, your role can involve any of the following: Supporting clients to develop and maintain independence, and advocate for the clients and their individual needs. Delivering personalized support by assisting clients at mealtimes, personal care, administrating medication, manual handling using a variety equipment and aids. Empowering clients to achieve their goals through activity based skill-development and community access Transporting clients in our wheelchair accessible vans and pool cars and community access. Monitoring the well-being of clients and reporting on their progress. Being part of a fun and dynamic team. What we are looking for: Primarily, we are seeking experienced Disability Support professionals who have a track record supporting a range of clients, and are comfortable working around behaviours. We are also open to those newer to the industry who can demonstrate a level of maturity, resilience, and initiative.
