About the role : This position is a dual aspect position, whereby you will be overseeing the day-to- day operations of maintenance and resident services, whilst also completing leasing activities, including conducting inspections, hosting open homes, advertising vacancies, and managing initial tenant interactions. What You’ll Do: Manage day-to day building operations, maintenance, and resident services. Conduct leasing inspections, open homes, and tenant viewings (with all admin handled by Head Office). Deliver exceptional resident experiences while liaising with strata committees and stakeholders. Work closely with our Facilities Management and Property teams for smooth, efficient operations. Offering an attractive salary commission relief allowance overtime pay What We’re Looking For: At least 18 months’ experience in property management, leasing, or facilities management. Real Estate Certificate of Registration or License ( essential ). Strong customer service skills and a professional, resident-focused approach. Willingness to work full-time plus Saturday mornings (overtime paid). Police Clearance required prior to commencement. This is an exciting and hybrid role which provides the opportunity to work across different areas within property.
