This is a hands-on Change Management Lead role to drive the organisational change strategy for a major business transformation program involving the implementation of SAP S/4HANA , SuccessFactors , and a new core rostering system . This role is not just about overseeing change—it’s about creating it. You’ll be responsible for designing and executing practical, people-focused change strategies, and for developing the materials that help our teams adopt new systems, processes, and ways of working. This is a high-impact role that requires creativity, empathy, and the ability to deliver tangible outcomes in a complex, fast-moving program environment. You will be leading Business side Change and business process change, with responsibility to manage both the executive engagement side and hands-on delivery of training to front line / field staff. You will develop training guides, quick reference materials, Training Content, and interactive learning collateral tailored to specific roles and systems. You will require demonstrated hands-on experience in training users / training field staff (blue collar workers) Skills & Experience Required : Hands-on experience in delivering training to front line staff (including Blue Collar / Field Workers) Experience leading Change Management from a Transformation Program Perspective Demonstrated experience developing materials to help teams adopt new systems, processes, and new ways of working Minimum 5 years of experience in a dedicated change management role supporting major enterprise transformation projects . Proven experience designing and delivering change initiatives for ERP, HCM, or workforce management systems —ideally SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, or Rostering Platforms. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong ability to simplify complex concepts. Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across a range of business functions and levels. Demonstrated ability to create high-quality training and communication content from scratch. Experience with persona mapping and user-centric change approaches. Prosci or similar change management certification. Prior experience working in industries with shift-based or rostered workforces (e.g., aviation, transport, healthcare, security) - Ideal Familiarity with tools such as SharePoint, MS Teams, Adobe Creative Suite, WalkMe, or LMS platforms.
