Job Summary  As the Clinical Applications and Training Manager, you will lead the strategic design, development and delivery of training programs across Resmedâs ANZ business. You will partner closely with all functions to ensure our training content and clinical engagements are aligned with Resmedâs strategic priorities and backed by evidence based clinical standards. In this role you are the clinical voice in the business â ensuring our communications are technically accurate, regulatory-compliant, clinically grounded and customer-centric. Letâs talk about Responsibilities Be a clinical voice across the entire commercial team, driving alignment on training needs, content quality and adoption. Lead or support on the build and management of clinical training frameworks within the Resmed ANZ business. Tailoring content and programs to support our sales force as clinical experts, providing clinical and educational tools and programs to ensure successful understanding and application of ResMed products. Responsible for product and clinical presentations to customers and physicians to increase customer's knowledge base on ResMed products. Partnering cross functionally to ensure internal and external content is evidence based, label compliant and approved. Indirectly leading team members on new assignments and coordinating required activities, learning for their benefit. Deliver clinical components for any strategic projects. Liaise with quality and regulatory teams in response to technical clinical queries and complaints for our sleep and respiratory care portfolio. Working with product marketing to design and deliver training packages for major product launches. Shape and lead Resmedâs presence at key clinical events. Attend associated industry events to ensure Resmed is always fully informed of industry changes. Letâs talk about Qualifications and Experience Required: Tertiary qualification in a medical, nursing or allied health discipline. Minimum of 8 years of experience in clinical training, education development, or medical affairs within a healthcare or med-tech environment. Strong understanding of evidence based medicine, label compliance, and regulatory boundaries for clinical education. Having wide-ranging experience, uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways. Track record in cross functional projects and experience in managing multiple stakeholders across commercial, marketing and medical functions. Preferred: Experience in sleep and respiratory care, or related therapeutic areas. Familiarity with adult learning methodologies and instructional design principles. Experience working alongside sales professionals (B2B, B2C or both). Strong project management and change leadership skills.
