The Role This role involves providing administrative support to a People and Capability team to maintain efficient processes, ensure compliance with employment laws, and enhance the employee experience. Your Profile The right candidate will be an organised and motivated individual with a passion for supporting teams and enhancing workplace environments. Ideally, you bring 1-2 years of HR administration or office support experience, paired with a foundational understanding of employment laws.
