What’s On Offer: Permanent full-time position with career progression Competitive salary: $95K – $110K OT penalties Fully maintained company service vehicle Company phone and uniforms provided Supportive team and great work culture Regular overtime with penalty rates (double time) Opportunity to upskill in a specialised field What You’ll Be Doing Electrical disconnection/reconnection of pump systems and controls Mechanical work such as replacing seals and bearings Interpreting electrical and mechanical drawings/specifications Performing planned maintenance, fault finding, and minor repairs Completing electronic site documentation: condition reports, SWMS, permits Working autonomously across commercial and industrial client sites Using Allen-Bradley controls (desirable) What We’re Looking For NSW Electrical Licence (or close to obtaining) Manual driver’s licence (travel required daily) Experience with pump maintenance is highly regarded Able to work independently and take initiative Strong attention to safety, detail, and compliance Willing to be part of an on-call roster (once established) Work Conditions Standard hours: 7:00am – 3:30pm After-hours shutdowns/repairs: Nights or weekends as required Penalty rates: Double time for all overtime Call-out minimum: 4 hours paid at double time Weekend work: Generally every second weekend for emergency breakdowns Apply Now If you're looking for long-term career stability, a variety of work, and the chance to be part of a friendly, professional team—this is the role for you.
