About The Role Our client is looking to hire an Electrical Site Supervisor, to help manage commercial projects across Sydney. As the Site Supervisor you will lead a team of 4-8 electricians on various commercial projects throughout Sydney while also working on the tools. About You Experienced licensed electrician with a minimum of 4 years supervising teams Commercial experience - Schools, hospitals, retail, clubs, pubs etc Excellent attitude to safety Enjoys problem-solving Skilled in managing subcontractors and coordinating trades and building strong client relationships Full drivers license Happy to be on the tools 30%-40% of the time ( depends on the project) What You’ll be Doing Lead a team of 4-8 electricians Report project status, including forecast outcomes with relation to time, cost, scope and quality when required. Supervise small to medium commercial projects between $2M-$4M Oversee apprentices and ensure they are consistently learning and improving their standard of work $60/hour super vehicle / $130,000 super Project manager and a junior electrical engineer position also available!
