As a Resourcer, you will be responsible for proactively identifying, attracting, and engaging qualified candidates to meet our clients' hiring needs. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to build a robust talent pipeline across various industries and roles. Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to identify and engage potential candidates. Conduct initial screening and evaluation of candidate resumes and qualifications to ensure a good match with job requirements. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Collaborate closely with Consultants and hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide a steady flow of qualified candidates. Represent the company in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Stay current with industry trends, job market conditions, and best practices in sourcing and recruitment.
