The Careers are Better at Hungry Jack's! We’re looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to join our National Support Office team. In this role, you’ll use your strong data analysis skills and collaborative mindset to uncover opportunities, drive efficiency, and support informed decision-making. Acting as the link between Procurement, Distribution Centres, Marketing, Finance, and Operations, you’ll play a vital part in shaping how our supply chain performs. What You’ll Be Doing Forecasting demand: Analyse sales and market trends, integrate promotions and product launches, and improve forecast accuracy to reduce waste and stockouts. Managing inventory: Develop dashboards and reporting to monitor stock across restaurants, suppliers, and DCs, and highlight issues before they become problems. Supporting supplier & DC performance: Review partner KPIs, support Quarterly Business Reviews, and provide insights to lift service levels and reduce costs. Driving process improvement: Identify inefficiencies, review stock handling processes, and work with internal and external teams to deliver continuous improvement initiatives. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 3 years’ professional experience in Supply Chain, Demand Planning, or Supply Planning. Proven track record of supporting or managing demand or supply planning processes. Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel required; SQL, Alteryx, Python/R desirable). Experience creating data visualisations and dashboards using tools such as Power BI or Tableau. Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive insights from complex data. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Self-starter with the initiative to drive change and deliver results. Understanding of food supply chains (FMCG, QSR, or retail) desirable. Ready to Apply?
