What You’ll Be Doing ✅ Leading client engagements—scoping, cost planning, procurement advice, and commercial leadership. ✅ Winning work—proactively developing new and existing client relationships, bids, and proposals. ✅ Running a team—resourcing, mentoring, QA, and performance management. ✅ Delivering excellence—cost plans, estimates, valuations, cost reports, and final accounts. ✅ Steering outcomes—managing risk, variations, claims, and commercial reporting to drive best value. ✅ Representing the brand—industry networking, thought leadership, and contributing to practice strategy. What You’ll Need Proven experience as a Senior/Associate Quantity Surveyor in a consultancy environment. Strong pre- and post-contract capability with compelling client presentation skills. Demonstrated business development acumen and account growth track record. Team leadership experience—mentoring, resourcing, and uplifting capability.
