You will place a strong focus on market penetration through sales leads and business development strategies to ensure the capture of new customers. Your strong focus on customer and stakeholder relationships along with your strong time management will be key to your success. What we would like you to bring Main responsibilities: - To own, monitor drive all sales activities for (i.e. prepare quotation) customers within your control, ensuring prospects are identified, qualified nurtured through the sales pipeline so as to close profitable sustainable customer deals. - To align your sales efforts with the National Sales and Marketing Manager, pricing business development teams, including pricing decisions. - To monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing products. - To report customer feedback to the customer service teams, supporting resolutions as required. - To align with colleagues when onboarding new customers. - To maintain update the most relevant customer information in internal systems. - To regularly review customer portfolios with the National Sales and Marketing manager. - To focus on customer engagement, satisfaction, retention reactivation through high levels of service quality in close collaboration with other teams Requirements: - Minimum 7-10 years in business development, sales, or account management from a freight forwarding or 3PL company - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth - Strong understanding of logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and distribution - Ability to analyze market trends and develop long-term business strategies - Experience leading commercial negotiations and creating high-quality business proposals - Ability to manage a sizeable pipeline and drive opportunities through the full customer engagement cycle - Skilled in building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders - Ability to collaborate across global, regional, and country-level teams - Exceptional public speaking, negotiation, and written communication skills - Comfortable presenting to senior leadership and clients - Proficiency in CRM systems, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite - Self-motivated, strategic thinker with a proactive approach to business growth - Strong time management and ability to work autonomously What's in it for you Along with a competitive remuneration package, we want to make sure our employees are motivated in all aspects.
