The Role: In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of multiple IT projects. You will act as a key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Your key responsibilities will include: Leading and managing IT projects from conception to completion. Ensuring the smooth delivery of IT services and solutions. Managing vendor relationships and contract negotiations. Overseeing project budgets and resource allocation. Communicating with and presenting to senior stakeholders. What We're Looking For: The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT service delivery and project management, preferably within a large-scale retail environment. You will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication and leadership skills. Essential skills and experience: Demonstrable experience as an IT Service Delivery Lead or a similar senior role. Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. A strong understanding of both online/e-commerce and physical retail IT operations. Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills. Solid experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
