Together, we’ll help you hit the ground running and thrive in your new role. We need you to Champion our strategic IT goals by managing and enhancing our suite of Enterprise Applications. Ensure system reliability and resilience through proactive upgrades, maintenance, and disaster recovery planning. Stay ahead of the curve by applying best practices and emerging trends to continuously improve our IT environment. Empower decision-making by managing our business intelligence and reporting tools — including Data Warehouse, Power BI, and embedded application reports. Safeguard our systems with robust application security and auditing practices. Collaborate with other to deliver exciting new application projects already in motion. What you will bring Proven experience in a similar role, or in Vendor Support/Consulting. A natural problem-solver with the ability to think on your feet. Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal. Strong technical know-how across: Microsoft-based Enterprise Applications SQL Server, Reporting Services, and versatile reporting tools Application Security A hunger to learn and adapt to new technologies.
