Description The Opportunity We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Administrator to join our Central Donor Department — the hub that keeps our donor programs running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a purpose-driven environment where your work has a direct impact on people’s lives. Key Responsibilities Oversee the Eeve Donor Bank program (donor egg program) to ensure smooth program operations. Respond to patient emails and general enquiries with professionalism and empathy. Understand the aspects of patient billing related to the donor/recipient process and communicate effectively with patients accordingly. Set up and manage patient charts (digital), pathology requests, andrology records, and progress notes that are involved in the donor recipient journey. Liaise with fertility specialists and internal support staff to ensure effective communication and workflow. Provide administrative support for the IVF Nurses across Eeve Donor Bank enquiries (donor egg recipients). Experience: Minimum 12 months’ experience in office, administration, or reception roles Customer service experience (highly regarded) Previous experience in the IVF or donor-related service industries, and an understanding of IVF and health industry terminology (highly regarded) Intermediate understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Intermediate (advantageous) Intermediate understanding of Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) legislation about donor and surrogacy (advantageous) Application Process: If you’re ready to make a difference in a field where science meets the heart, we would be happy to hear from you. submit your application now by clicking the ‘Apply’ button.
