In this role, you’ll: Assist with root cause investigations and reliability-focused problem solving Help develop maintenance strategies and procedures Support and deliver SIB (Sustain in Business) projects to improve equipment performance Work alongside site engineers, maintenance managers, and trades teams Contribute to operational support across multiple sites You’ll be exposed to a wide variety of engineering initiatives, playing a key role in ensuring our manufacturing assets run safely and efficiently. A degree in Mechanical Engineering , preferably focused on maintenance or reliability Solid understanding of mechanical systems and engineering principles Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office A valid driver’s licence (site travel required) A proactive, inquisitive mindset with strong communication skills Confidence engaging with a variety of stakeholders across teams Familiarity with SAP is a bonus, but not required.
