This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in client relationships, campaign delivery, and content strategy, especially in the retail and ecommerce space. You’ll work closely with Social Account Managers to manage the day-to-day running of client campaigns across paid and organic social media. You’ll have the opportunity to shape creative direction, guide reporting, and work directly with clients to bring strategies to life. This is a hybrid role located in either Sydney, Australia. What you'll be doing Act as a key point of contact for your clients, building trust and managing day-to-day communication across multiple accounts Coordinate and execute best-in-class social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn (with support from paid specialists where needed) Manage and maintain social media content calendars, including content planning, approvals and publishing Brief and review creative assets, ensuring alignment to brand guidelines, platform best practice, and campaign goals Analyse performance and deliver regular reporting, pulling out insights and actionable recommendations Stay up to date with trends and platform updates, contributing to creative ideas and forward planning Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SEO, CRM, Analytics, Paid Media) to align on holistic client strategies Support in mentoring and guiding junior team members What will I need to thrive in this role? 2-3 years experience in a social or digital marketing role, ideally within an agency or client-facing environment Strong understanding of social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn) and how they fit into the broader marketing funnel Excellent communication skills. You’re confident managing client relationships and writing sharp, engaging copy Highly organised with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset A natural collaborator who enjoys working across teams and disciplines Solid grasp of content performance metrics and social reporting tools (e.g. Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Looker Studio, etc.) Experience working with retail or ecommerce brands preferred, but not essential What is my potential for career growth?
