In Australia, we have 3 offices in Melbourne, Sydney and Perth and around 210 team members. The Team Based in Melbourne, our Finance team supports all three Australian offices. The team includes 11 members, ranging from qualified accountants to operational finance professionals. The team work closely together and prides itself on being approachable, efficient, and supportive. Description The Role We’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Payable Officer to join our busy Finance team. This is a hands-on operational role with a strong focus on data entry, accuracy and consistency. You'll also support the Accounts Receivable function by allocating and processing client payments. While some tasks may be repetitive at times, they’re essential to keeping our finance operations running smoothly – and you’ll be part of a friendly, supportive team that values collaboration, reliability and getting the job done right. Key responsibilities in this role include: Accurately processing supplier invoices for Accounts Payable Reconciling supplier statements and invoices Completing credit card reconciliations Performing daily allocations and receipting client payments for Accounts Receivable Maintaining records and documentation via electronic filing Supporting system update projects and play part in improving functionality and efficiency across the finance department Assisting with other ad hoc finance and administrative duties as required Skills And Experiences About You You'll thrive in this role if you: Have end-to-end Accounts Payable experience Have previously worked in a professional services environment (legal experience is a plus) Are confident using Excel (Intermediate level) Communicate clearly and professionally Have experience with Elite 3E (version 3.1.0.1) – advantageous but not essential What's in it for you?
