The TAO Compliance Engineer will play a vital role within the mega projects team by ensuring that all engineering practices adhere to established compliance frameworks and regulatory standards. This position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure the integrity and reliability of technical systems and processes involved in the rail project. The engineer will be responsible for conducting compliance assessments, managing documentation, and implementing best practices to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational requirements. - Develop and implement compliance strategies, plans, and procedures to meet regulatory and project-specific requirements concerning technical systems - Conduct comprehensive compliance assessments of engineering processes, systems, and documentation to identify potential non-compliance issues and recommend corrective actions - Prepare detailed compliance reports, documentation, and records to track compliance status and facilitate audits - Liaise with regulatory agencies and stakeholders to maintain transparent communication regarding compliance matters - Facilitate training and workshops to enhance compliance awareness among engineering teams and project stakeholders - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Compliance, Quality Assurance, or a related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance engineering or quality assurance roles, preferably within the rail or infrastructure sectors - Proven experience in developing and implementing compliance strategies in large-scale engineering projects - Knowledge of quality management principles and methodologies, especially related to safety-critical systems - Certification in compliance management or risk management (e.g., ISO, PMP) would be advantageous Who We Are The Future Is What We Make It at Honeywell.
