Elite Tennis Academy, based out of Mornington Tennis Centre, is seeking a full time Senior Coach to join the team. Mornington Tennis Centre is the largest clay court facility in Victoria, with 12 Italian Clay Courts (all under lights), and is the home to numerous tournaments and events including Junior ITFs and Tennis Australia Tournaments. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Full-Time Tennis Coach to join our high-energy coaching team. This role focuses on delivering engaging, structured training sessions for our junior D evelopment and Performance Squads , whilst contributing to private coaching, match support, and holiday programs. This is a fantastic opportunity for a coach who wants to be part of a professional and growth-focused tennis environment. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver high-quality squad sessions for aspiring and competitive junior players Provide technical and tactical development across all age groups and levels Assist with player assessments, goal setting, and tournament preparation Contribute to tournament planning, support, and player progress tracking Assist with the tournament travel squad – including attending tournaments with players Work collaboratively with a team of experienced coaches Maintain a high level of coaching standards and player engagement Build strong relationships with players, parents and coaching staff The coach will also be required to work with players in private lessons and other programs as required by the academy.
