The Opportunity As one of our Sales Team Leaders , you’ll lead a team of 8–12 Course Consultants who are the first point of contact for prospective students. Your role is to inspire, coach, and empower your team to guide students through their enrolment journey, ensuring they find the right course, at the right time, for the right reasons. You’ll be at the heart of our mission to deliver a seamless, supportive, and student-first enrolment experience, while driving performance, innovation, and continuous improvement. What you'll be doing Lead & Inspire : Coach and develop a high-performing, student-focused sales team in a values-driven environment. Drive Results : Own team performance, optimise conversion rates, and deliver on enrolment targets. Collaborate & Innovate : Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Data, Retention, and Academic teams to improve processes and student outcomes. Analyse & Improve : Use data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, then take action to elevate performance. Champion the Student Journey : Ensure every prospective student receives exceptional service and support throughout their decision-making process. About You 2 years’ experience leading a sales team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. A passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing people. Strong commercial acumen and a data-driven mindset. Experience in higher education or a student-centric environment (a big plus!). Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms. What’s in it for you?
